1. Delivery Timeframes & Processing

Your total estimated delivery window includes both internal order handling time and carrier shipping transit:

Note: Orders placed after 8:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing on the following business day. Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally experience minor delays due to peak seasonal volume, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

2. Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been packed and handed over to our postal carrier, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and direct lookup link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for initial updates to appear on the carrier system.

3. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are complete and correct.
